How to prepare a model the printer will not send back

STL format, sizes in millimetres and walls at least 1.2 mm thick.

Send the model as STL or 3MF. Draw the sizes in millimetres – a model drawn in inches or metres comes out far too small or too large.

Make the walls at least 1.2 mm thick for FDM and 0.8 mm for SLA. The printer does not print a thinner wall, or it breaks off.

Write what the part is for and whether it has to fit onto something. The printer then chooses the infill and the orientation, and the part holds where it has to.
