How it works
Print Next Door is a catalog of people and small workshops who have a 3D printer at home or in the workshop and print to order. The catalog itself prints and sells nothing. It puts you in touch with someone who can do it and lives nearby.
When you need something printed
On the map on the home page or in the catalog, you narrow the choice by technology and material. The catalog also filters by the price per hour of printing and by the largest size a provider can print.
A provider's profile shows what they print from, what they charge and which sales they run now. The price per hour is a guide – the final price depends on the size of the model, the infill and the material.
When you print and want orders
Sign up and fill in your profile: technologies, materials, price per hour, largest print size and approximate location. When the account is active, you appear on the map and in the catalog. Nobody sees your exact address; the location is rounded to the area.
Signing up and the catalog entry are free.
